4. Once early June hit, Watch The Throne was on my mind every damn day. Especially since I about tickets to the concert in July. I kind of feel this should have been number three due to replay value, eh fuck it. As hype I was for this album, it left me feeling regular after the first listen. It slowly grew on me more and more until it became a part of my Summer routine. Next thing you know the favorite tracks started coming in left and right one by one. I felt the music, from the lyrics to the beats where very genre challenging in which it should be. I mean it’s Ye and Hov doing an album together, it BETTER push the envelope in some way. That it did, which is why a lot of people didn’t like it. They were expecting something, I lie to you not I had expectations and it messed me all up with the album. Never spend time on Twitter when a hot album is coming out. I think the album isn’t a classic yet, but it is definitely important to music and will be forever. Best album packaging though. Favorite track is “Why I Love You” (Taken with instagram)
